Royal Treasury Trust
The financial arm of the Assembly. All assets belong to the institution — never to any individual, including the Ceremonial Steward.
All assets belong to the Assembly and are managed through the Royal Treasury Trust. Funds are directed toward:
- Continuity Hall
- The Living Record
- Programs and initiatives
- Steward support
- Institutional operations
Held for the Institution, Not by Any Individual
All assets, properties, records, intellectual property, and resources associated with the Assembly are held in the name of and for the benefit of the Light of the Crown Assembly as an institution.
No individual, including the Ceremonial Steward, shall claim personal ownership over institutional assets. All such assets are managed, preserved, and utilized solely in furtherance of the Assembly's mission, continuity, and long-term institutional purpose.
Steward Support Under Article X-A
Compensation to the Ceremonial Steward — whether housing, financial support, or operational resources — is structured to sustain the role and is administered in accordance with applicable standards governing nonprofit and religious organizations. It is explicitly defined in the Constitution as a function of sustaining the Office, and not a personal entitlement.

Per Article XVIII, the Assembly operates as a spiritual institution aligned with Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its leadership is ecclesiastical and internally governed.
