Legal & Spiritual Status

The Light of the Crown Assembly operates as a spiritual institution aligned with Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its leadership is ecclesiastical and internally governed, consistent with Article XVIII of the Founding Constitution.

The Assembly's institutional structure — the Assembly (spiritual body), the Royal Treasury Trust (financial arm), and the Office of Assembly Affairs (administrative body) — is defined under Article XIX. Assets remain separate from individuals and are held for the benefit of the institution.
